• There are lifts. Audio announcements provided outside and inside the lifts. Lift controls should be accessible to most people. Lifts have clear door widths at least 0.9m wide.
• There are tactile warnings on some platforms.
• Announcements are made both visually and audibly.
• There is space in front of the ticket machine to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The controls may be at a suitable height for some people.
• Passenger Assistance Meeting Point on the station concourse. Help can be requested from the mobility point or by asking a member of station staff.
• The drop-off and/or pick-up point is accessed via a controlled road crossing such as a pedestrian crossing. This is a combined drop-off and pick-up point. There is space for up to 3 vehicles to drop-off and/or pick-up. There is no Help Point close to the drop-off and/or pick-up point.
• There is/are 12 accessible bay(s) available at this car parking location. There is accessible parking in a car park. The car park bays measure 2.4 x 4.8m & 1.2m zone front & at least 1 side. There are no roadside bays. Ramps can be deployed from the rear and side of a vehicle. There is no Help Point close to the accessible parking.
