Direct trains to Newquay are limited but available seasonally. During the summer months (typically July and August), GWR and CrossCountry operate direct services. These connect Newquay directly to cities like London, Bristol and Bath.

Those travelling outside of these cities or this time will likely have to transfer at Par Station or St Austell Station to complete the journey.

From the station, you will then be able to catch a bus directly to the airport in around 30 minutes. If you’d prefer to take a taxi, it will take 15 minutes instead.

Buses to Newquay Airport

This service runs between Newquay and Padstow and stops at the airport’s bus stop, which is located just between the terminal and the west car park. The number 56 bus runs every four hours from the bus station, with the journey to the airport taking approximately 30 minutes.

Driving to Newquay Airport

Newquay Airport is located just 5 miles outside of Newquay, making it a quick and easy journey by car. If you’re arriving from Newquay town, take the B3276 towards Watergate Bay then follow signs to Newquay Airport.

There’s also plenty of parking available, no matter where you’re coming from. There are three main car parks all within walking distance of the terminal, all of which can be pre-booked online. For drop-off and pickups, there is a designated area in the west car park.
