We're expecting short-notice changes to journeys on our Scotland route on Saturday 22 February following significant disruption caused by a landslip yesterday.
Cancellations and delays are expected between London and Edinburgh/Glasgow throughout the day, and elsewhere on the network delays are possible as a result of the disruption.
We strongly advise that you check your journey before you travel across all routes using the link below.
If you were due to travel between Preston and Glasgow/Edinburgh on Friday 21 February, then your existing ticket can be used on any Avanti West Coast service via the same route until the end of service on Saturday 22 February.
Alternatively, if you abandoned your journey as a result of the disruption, then you can claim a fee free refund from where you bought your ticket. If you continued with your journey but were delayed by 15 minutes or more, you can claim Delay Repay compensation from the train company you travelled with.
