We know that time is precious and when you book your travel through us, you’re trusting us to value your time as much as you do. That’s why we do everything in our power to make sure our trains run punctually. We now also provide a range of useful information to show you exactly how punctual our trains are.
Right on time
Try as we might, we can’t always stop delays on our services, but we’ll always do everything we can to minimise them. Because we want you to experience as little disruption as possible, we work in partnership with Network Rail and other train providers to limit the number of delays across all of our routes.

The train shown in the ‘Services Removed from the Plan’ section was recorded incorrectly as a P-coded cancellation. AWC do not P-code any of our services. The train that was cancelled was shown in industry systems and customers were provided with this information.
